The Global Figures Speech Series

Over the years, INPR, with its “Global Figures Speech Series” program, has invited many internationally renowned political and public opinion leaders to Taiwan. Through speech delivery and visiting programs and activities, it not only facilitated those guests’ understanding on the latest progress and development of Taiwan's political and economic establishing but also provided opportunities for exchanges and communication with people in Taiwan. Those who have been invited to Taiwan over the years include: former France President V. Giscard d’Estaing, Harvard University Professor Samuel Huntington, former British Prime Minister Lady Margaret Thatcher, former US Secretary of Defense Dr. William Perry, former President Carter of the U.S., Dean of Harvard University Kennedy School of Government Dr. Joseph Nye and President Bush’s Strategic Security and Foreign Affairs Adviser, Ambassador Robert Blackwill.
